Synopsis

The Obsidian Goddess informs Musashi that she will reenter his being, and that he must not perish, regardless of the adversaries he encounters. He is her vessel, she explains, and Jisai’s death left their shared purpose unfinished. Musashi wonders at the connection to Jisai, but the Goddess offers no explanation, instead choosing to demonstrate her combat in the mortal realm.
