Synopsis

Victoria Coren hosts a quiz show where mere knowledge is insufficient; patience and inventive thought are equally crucial to success. Three fantasy writers, led by a writer for Doctor Who, face off against a team of bridge players, each holding postgraduate degrees from Oxford. The contestants strive to forge links between seemingly disparate items – from monocaine and the helmet of Perseus to Siegfried’s cloak and James Bond’s Aston Martin.
