Synopsis

A gathering of the Tree Hill girls unfolds into a night of whispered confidences and deepening friendships. Separately, Nathan and Lucas journey to Charlotte for a basketball game, unaware that their trip subtly involves genetic heart condition screenings – a condition Dan has long guarded. Elsewhere, Karen and Andy find themselves embroiled in a disagreement.
