Balancing his mundane life with his duties as a hero, Saitama continues his work alongside his ever-dedicated apprentice, Genos. But the peace is shattered when monstrous figures claiming allegiance to the shadowy Monster Association emerge, seizing a child – the offspring of a high-ranking Hero Association official. As tensions escalate, the elite S-class heroes assemble, strategizing a daring raid on the Monster Association’s secret base in an attempt to secure the hostage's release. Unbeknownst to them, a dangerous force is already stirring within that very hideout: Garou, the infamous "human monster" who was previously captured by the Association, has unexpectedly come online.
A rescue is being planned: a child has been taken by monstrous creatures. Meanwhile, deep beneath the earth, Garou stirs from his slumber.
Garou, intent on finding worthy opponents, stopped for a meal at a restaurant before setting out. His culinary indulgence was cut short, however, when he found himself pursued by Saitama.
