Synopsis

Lucci lays out their theory for Iceburg, then instructs Kaku to assess his pulse, seeking a physiological confirmation of the information he provides. They harbor a suspicion that Iceburg’s former associate, Cutty Flam, is in fact Franky—a suspicion that ultimately proves correct. Consequently, Franky possesses the original blueprints. The Straw Hat Pirates and Paulie then breach the room, discovering Iceburg and CP9 within.
