Synopsis

With a single, decisive blow, Luffy dispatches Bellamy. Across the globe, the leaders of the World Government watch with growing unease the movements of Whitebeard, Shanks, and Luffy. The Marines grapple with the task of selecting a replacement for Crocodile as a Shichibukai. Unexpectedly, a member of Blackbeard's crew appears, offering a nomination for their captain.
