Synopsis

On Ruluka Island, a dispute arises between some of the Straw Hats and the Mayor, whose heavy taxes have made life difficult for the islanders. While tensions simmer, Robin, Usopp, and Luffy encounter Professor Henzo, a researcher studying the island's peculiar rainbow mist. When a portion of the mist unexpectedly appears, Henzo requests the use of the Going Merry to investigate its source.
