Synopsis

Following the commotion at the Golden Festival, Luffy and Zoro attempted to slip away. However, Queen’s announcement to his crew ensured their escape would not be easy: a reward awaited any who captured them, a place within the Tobi Roppo. Scratchmen Apoo intercepted their path, and with the unsettling power to weaponize music, he unleashed a barrage of erratic attacks, skillfully trapping Luffy and Zoro.
