Synopsis

Admiral Issho and Fleet Admiral Sakazuki engaged in a heated debate regarding the dismantling of the Seven Warlords and the proposed alliance between the two Emperors of the Sea. Simultaneously, former Fleet Admiral Sengoku imparted knowledge to the young Navy recruits, recounting the legendary Rocks Pirates – a formidable collective from which Kaido and Big Mom once hailed, alongside a host of other prominent figures.
