Synopsis

Under the sway of Doflamingo and Trebol, the law offers little protection. Luffy, meanwhile, finds himself still contending with Bellamy, who fights fiercely to retain his dignity even after his release from Doflamingo's control. Simultaneously, Gladius prepares to detonate the earth surrounding Cavendish and Bartolomeo.
