Synopsis

Witnessing the brutal slaughter of friends and kin orchestrated by Doflamingo, the citizens of Dressrosa are flooded with recollections of the past decade. The events of that time resurface with painful clarity, revealing the full extent of his cruelty. Doflamingo then declares the terms of his lethal game: Luffy, King Riku, and Law are his targets, though a particularly exorbitant bounty is placed upon Usopp's head.
