Synopsis

Having unveiled the grim past of Dressrosa, Toy Soldier now lays out their strategy for liberating the Tontatta Kingdom and dismantling the Doflamingo Family: Operation SOP. Simultaneously, in a desperate bid to escape the Colosseum, Luffy encounters a severely injured Bellamy and Bartolomeo, along with a third individual whose presence overwhelms him with a surge of powerful emotions.
