Synopsis

A tremor of disbelief runs through the world following Doflamingo's unexpected departure from the Seven Warlords. Amidst the ensuing turmoil, Law provides him with details regarding Caesar’s location and the terms of his surrender, concealing his own purpose: to dismantle the SMILE factory. As the appointed meeting time approaches, Doflamingo gathers his lieutenants and initiates his carefully concealed strategy.
