Synopsis

Chopper finds himself bewildered by the transformations in his companions over the past two years, a disconcerting shift in the very people he considers friends. Meanwhile, the Navy begins a mobilization, determined to quell the rising tide of pirate imitators. The question hangs in the air: will the true Straw Hats emerge from the shadows?
