Synopsis

The scent of liberation wafted to Buggy and the others from beyond the door to Impel Down, a tantalizing promise just within reach. Yet, their hopes for escape are dashed by Magellan's clandestine scheme. Elsewhere, Luffy finds himself with a renewed opportunity to confront Magellan, a chance to avenge Ivankov and Inazuma.
