Synopsis

A disturbance ripples through Level Four as Luffy and his crew of miscreants make their presence known. The arrival of Blackbeard precipitates the release of a prisoner whose name inspires dread throughout the island, and Ace, for perhaps a final time, lifts his gaze to the vast expanse of the azure sky.
