Synopsis

Responding to a series of incidents, officers sought a fleeing suspect and were dispatched to a dispute between men that escalated with the use of pepper spray. Later, they provided assistance to paramedics following a man’s injury sustained during an explosion involving fireworks. A separate investigation was launched into a reported stabbing.
