Synopsis

A child found with a firearm prompts an investigation by officers. Simultaneously, a uniformed officer witnesses a hit-and-run and subsequently identifies and locates the driver. Elsewhere, a manhunt is launched for a man who fled on foot. The search culminates with the discovery of a suspect concealed in an unexpected location.
