Synopsis

The trial of begonias had concluded at the garden center, and the results were intriguing. A delicate blue hue, reminiscent of butterfly wings, emerged from a simple steeping process. This vibrant color, derived from the blue butterfly pea flower, promised a novel twist to traditional jam making. The mixed berry jam, infused with this natural coloring agent, held the potential for a visually stunning and uniquely flavored product.
