Synopsis

Marissa and Sean find themselves increasingly cramped. A growing toddler and Sean's work-from-home arrangement have made their current home feel stifling. They desire a residence with both a beautiful vista and the character of the coast, yet they are unwilling to sacrifice living space to achieve this combination.
