Synopsis

Detectives Sipowicz and Clark are pursuing a case involving the death of a Hispanic construction worker. Meanwhile, Medavoy and Jones are on the trail of a thief who has stolen several prize-winning bulldog puppies. A change for McDowell: he’s been assigned a new partner, Officer Rita Ortiz.
