Synopsis

Detectives are working a multiple homicide at a popular burger joint. Elsewhere, a man struggling with addiction has been forced to offer his infant daughter as security against a debt owed to a local dealer. Meanwhile, Internal Affairs has revived the long-dormant Kirkendall investigation.
