Synopsis

With Sipowicz still recovering in hospital following prostate surgery, Detective Martinez has returned to work after the arrival of his child. The squad is now investigating the discovery of a body found inside a burned-out van. Five individuals claiming to be friends of the deceased are offering identical accounts, but the detectives harbor suspicions of a deliberate cover-up. Medavoy shows Martinez a video recording of his own child’s birth.
