Synopsis

A woman observed two Black boys pushing a white boy from a rooftop. Simone and Sipowicz entertained the possibility of a link to drug trafficking. Lieutenant Fancy confronted racist remarks circulating within the squad room. Simultaneously, Kirkendall and Medavoy were dispatched to a residence where a twelve-year-old boy had discovered his mother deceased, dismembered in her home.
