Synopsis

Detectives Simone and Sipowicz respond to a street shooting, complicated by witness accounts that identify a suspect already serving time. A young man named Macey, once under the supervision of Lieutenant Fancy, is apprehended for possession of narcotics. Meanwhile, Medavoy continues to face disheartening setbacks.
