Synopsis

Simone finds herself caught in a crosscurrent between the FBI and the Internal Affairs Bureau. Meanwhile, Sipowicz and Russell are called to investigate a woman’s death, prompted by a concerned warning from her psychiatrist. Elsewhere, Medavoy and Martinez must navigate a delicate situation with a reporter who has recently been the victim of a mugging.
