Synopsis

Licalsi attempted to negotiate a plea deal, hoping to reduce his sentence to just six years for the murder; however, Kelly strongly resisted the agreement once he understood Licalsi was infatuated with Janice. Discovering that Kelly still harbored feelings for Janice prompted Robin to end their relationship. Separately, Sipowicz and Kelly conducted a surveillance operation on an apartment complex which had recently been plagued by a series of robberies.
