Synopsis

Detectives are investigating a pregnant woman’s death, linking it to a suspected adoption scheme. Meanwhile, Medavoy and Jones speak with a woman reporting the theft of a valuable ring by an attacker who concealed his face. Adding insult to injury, Sipowicz discovers someone has poisoned his cherished fish.
