Synopsis

The death of a man, devoted to caring for his brother who suffered from brain damage, has occurred. Simultaneously, Detective Medavoy finds himself increasingly drawn to a wealthy woman as he delves into an elaborate scheme involving fraudulent apartment rentals; and Detective Bale is determined to bring down a suspect attempting to influence their investigation with a bribe.
