Synopsis

Having narrowly escaped the serial killer’s violence, a woman’s testimony directed the detectives' attention toward Carlin, his associate, and a personal security detail. Separately, Medavoy and Jones launched an inquiry following an incident in which an officer, not on duty, fatally shot a man. Meanwhile, McDowell offered solace to Russell as he underwent a biopsy.
