Synopsis

A man wounded by gunfire suffers complete memory loss, prompting Jones and Medavoy to devise an unusual strategy to identify his attacker. Simultaneously, a man Sipowicz convicted twenty years prior for the rape and murder of a twelve-year-old girl is released from prison after DNA evidence clears him, and Ortiz and Ronson dismantle a horrifying underground operation trafficking pre-teen girls.
