Synopsis

A surprising revelation from a kidnapping survivor alerts Andy and John to the existence of a sadistic predator holding women captive within a hidden dungeon somewhere in New York. Simultaneously, a seemingly ordinary robbery investigation becomes unexpectedly complicated for Medavoy when he develops an unusual rapport with the sixty-year-old woman involved.
