Synopsis

Connie finds it difficult to adjust to life with the new baby. Elsewhere, a woman’s body was discovered in an empty lot. Then another was found deceased within the laundry room of her apartment building. Meanwhile, the Lieutenant prepared himself carefully for a midday meal.
