Synopsis

Detectives are probing the killing of a prominent, openly gay financier, an investigation complicated by possible links to a naval officer. Elsewhere, Medavoy and Jones pursue leads as a stalker targets a young woman who came to the country through a mail-order service. And for Haywood, a sense of unease settles in with the unsettling news that a murderer he helped convict has had his conviction overturned.
