Synopsis

Connie and Rita discovered several young children left unattended at home, surrounded by conditions of deep neglect. News arrived that Tony’s former wife had passed away. Separately, a man attempting to steal a vehicle was shot and killed; police subsequently recovered a quantity of cocaine within the car.
