Synopsis

Detectives Kelly and Sipowicz are drawn into an inquiry concerning the death of a woman known to be the lover of a local man—a man they soon discover maintains numerous such relationships. Simultaneously, Licalsi receives a promotion, while Fancy informs her husband she is expecting a child.
