Synopsis

Despite Andy Sipowicz’s precarious condition – he lay wounded by gunfire in the hospital – Lieutenant Fancy and Detective Kelly were cautioned against their aggressive pursuit of the city’s organized crime networks. Meanwhile, at the apartment complex where Kelly's former wife resided, a troubled young man, increasingly fearful for his safety, began to carry a weapon.
