Synopsis

As Cruz is under care, Jackie bypasses her superiors to manage the emergency room, a decision that ultimately leads to her dismissal from All Saints for insubordination. She withdraws Grace from her Catholic school. O'Hara goes into labor, and Jackie returns to All Saints, disregarding Cruz’s situation. Charlie arrives at the ER, and Cruz asks Jackie for assistance in saving his life.
