Synopsis

Jackie Peyton, a veteran of the emergency room, consistently skirts protocol in an attempt to salvage something meaningful from a patient’s tragic demise. Simultaneously, she carefully guards a dependence on a painkiller, supplied by her boyfriend who works as the hospital's pharmacist.
