Synopsis

A California State Senator and a psychiatrist—seemingly disparate figures with little connection—share a disturbing link: both have died under Don’s purview. Though their deaths appear distinct, Don suspects they are connected and strives to substantiate his intuition. His investigation may unearth a long-held government secret, concealed for years.
