Synopsis

A man wanted in connection with stock fraud was discovered strangled in his apartment, the circumstances unsettlingly reminiscent of a murder Don had closed out a year prior—a case resolved when an ex-convict confessed. Now, compelled to revisit that earlier investigation, Don must determine whether he’d inadvertently imprisoned an innocent person. He requested Charlie review the original evidence, hoping to uncover something overlooked in their initial assessment.
