Synopsis

A truck transporting radioactive material has been stolen, and the perpetrators are demanding twenty million dollars. They’ve issued a twelve-hour ultimatum: unless their ransom is paid, they intend to detonate a radiological dispersal device in Los Angeles. As Don works to locate the missing vehicle, Charlie focuses on identifying the most probable site for such an attack – a location offering maximum potential impact on the civilian population.
