Synopsis

Each year, seventy thousand Americans require hospitalization for severe burns, a significant portion of whom are children. NOVA presents the compelling story of remarkable resilience through the experience of an eleven-year-old boy as he battles to heal from burns that ravaged over seventy-three percent of his body.
