Synopsis

In the United States, women constitute less than a quarter of the workforce in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This disparity is even more pronounced for women of color. Yet, an increasing number of researchers are now bringing to light deeply rooted discrimination, striving to foster a more inclusive environment within the sciences.
