Synopsis

Over ninety minutes, NOVA unveils the long-held mysteries of pyramid construction through an ambitious undertaking: the actual building of one. Renowned Egyptologist Mark Lehner and stonemason Roger Hopkins (of *This Old House*) collaborate in the shadow of the Great Pyramid of Giza, rigorously testing ingenious, and at times unconventional, theories about how these monumental structures were raised.
