Synopsis

The death of Tim’s ninety-four-year-old grandmother cast a pall over everything. Kate sharply reproached Lee for his emotional distance when he didn’t acknowledge the loss; in response, he began seeing an expensive psychotherapist, who unexpectedly edged perilously close to uncovering uncomfortable truths. Meanwhile, at the funeral, Tim attempted to flirt with Kate, a clumsy and ill-timed gesture as she offered him solace.
