Synopsis

The oldest tree in town is fading. Shelly awakens to discover she's lost her voice for speaking, yet possesses a newfound ability to sing. The townspeople turn to Joel for a diagnosis of the ailing Old Vicki. Chris, liberated from the broadcast booth, embraces wireless technology. Shelly’s singing begins to grate on Holling’s nerves.
