Synopsis

Chris was taken into custody, the process initiated for an extradition trial that would return him to West Virginia. There, he faced charges stemming from a parole violation. Chris carried the weight of his guilt and showed little inclination toward mounting a defense. Mike, however, conceived of a strategy: he believed he could demonstrate to the judge that the Chris Stevens who had absconded was distinct from the man now appearing before her.
