Synopsis

The discovery of Debbie Fagan, fatally shot in her own car, cast a pall of fear over the quiet town of Monrovia, Maryland. How could anyone inflict such violence upon a devoted mother of two? Yet, as detectives began to examine Debbie’s history, they unearthed a tangled network of falsehoods and deception.
