Synopsis

The carefree atmosphere of picturesque Nags Head, North Carolina, abruptly shattered when tourist Janet Siclari was discovered dead on the beach near her hotel. As a powerful hurricane swept through, scattering residents and driving people away from town, police found themselves questioning whether the killer had fled with them. Now, only patience will allow detectives to bring the perpetrator to justice.
